Dear Parents & Guardians,
Welcome to the KPS website.  Here is a place where you can find information, see what is going on, and keep in touch with our school.  It is truly an example of modern day technology, which the schools can incorporate to keep parents “in the know.’  It is vitally important that parents be a part of this team for we are educating our children –the ones that we share between school and home.  And each one of us has an important role.  We cannot do the job with out the other. 

At KPS, students learn the core subject areas of reading, writing, math, history and sciences, as well as the arts. But we also strive to teach the skills of problem- solving, critical thinking and teamwork, so they can be better prepared to deal with the global society ahead of them.  We hope some day that they will be designing the websites of the future. 

Please remember our motto – KPS stands for Knowledge, Pride, Success.  Reinforce it at home as our partner.  When we all speak the same language, great things do happen.
