COLLEGE APPLICATIONS

ALL PAPERWORK (Applications, Green Transcript Request Form, Blue Resume Packet and Purple Permission to Release Form) should be placed in basket on Mrs. O’Brien’s desk.

IMPORTANT -- Permission to Release Form (purple) will have to be signed by parent and returned to the guidance office before any transcript will be sent.

A stamped (63 cents) addressed envelope should be attached to the Transcript Request Form (green). Envelopes are available in the Guidance Office. Be sure to properly address the envelope to the Admissions Office of your college choice.

Only SUNY APPLICATIONS and COUNSELOR COLLEGE APPLICATION SECTIONS should be left in the Guidance Office attached to the green Transcript Request Form. All other college applications and teacher letters of recommendation are mailed by the student.

DEADLINE: If an application has a deadline of January 1, it must be into the Guidance Office by the last school day in November to ensure processing and delivery.
