Information
Categories of Nomination
1.) Athlete
An athlete must have graduated from Carmel High School a minimum
of ten (10) years prior to nomination.
2.) Coach/Administrator
A coach/administrator must have left the position/ district a minimum
of five (5) years prior to nomination.
3.) Honorary
An honorary candidate must have made a significant impact on Carmel
High School and/or sectional, state, national, or professional levels
of athletics.
4.) Team
A varsity team which has reached a championship level of achievement
a minimum of ten (10) years prior to nomination.
Nomination
Procedures
· Applications for nomination may be submitted by the nominee
or by his/her designee.
· Applications should contain biographical information that supports
induction into the Hall of Fame.

2.) Leadership
3.) Impact on the athletic program
4.) Honors/Awards
5.) School record(s)
6.) Community involvement
7.) Length of affiliation
8.) Graduation from high school (in applications involving athletes)
9.) Sportsmanship/citizenship
10.) Athletes must have been a Carmel High School student for at
least two (2) years

Procedure
· Honorees will be selected by the CHS Athletic Hall of Fame Committee.
